"Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."

"The good: They showed up on time and were very friendly. They even offered a coupon on Angie's List for first time customers. The laminate floors looked incredible, as did the kitchen appliances. The bad: They didn't do a thorough clean, and the house was not even in a messy condition. The house had already been staged and was in the condition of a typical work week prior to cleaning. They didn't dust the entire house, the bathrooms looked like they had just been wiped down, and the carpet wasn't cleaned. For the carpet you could tell they had ran their vacuum over it because of the lines, but I had just watched my friends cat and knew there was liter on the floor in the spare room. The liter was still on the carpet when I vacuumed later that week."

However there were two big negatives: Communication with the company was poor, and although I paid for 6 hours of work, the cleaners worked for just 4. First, communication: It took several calls on my part to confirm day and time. The person who I finally heard back from by text said they had been very busy and short staffed. I understand that this can happen, but a quick text or voice message only takes a minute! When the women left after two hours (2 cleanersX2 hours, or 4 hours of work) - I double checked my deal which was indeed for 6 hours. I emailed the company through Angies List with no response, and then called. I received a call back and the woman said she would make a partial refund, That was 10 days ago and I have received no refund and no further communication. Very disappointing."
