The first company I called wanted to charge us up to $5,000 to find and fix the leak. I then called Paul and he was the consummate professional, first referring us to a leak detection company that handled the job for half the price of the first company. "Highly responsive and very professional. Tech Charlie Long and his apprentice, Matt, were on time, listened carefully as I explained the problems, and came up with a plan to do the repairs. Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly satisfied."

"Tom is a great guy. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is prompt both with returning phone calls to schedule work, and showing up on time to do the work. I was remodeling a downstairs bathroom, Tom reset a new tolette, changed pumbing to go from 2 sinks to 1 sink, put in a vessel sink and faucet and replaced part of a sewer pipe. He was meticulous. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will use him again in the future

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
