"We used Renaissance Floor and Carpet to replace every floor surface in our house, to include carpet, luxury vinyl and marble. Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation. After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes. Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The installers moved the furniture and replaced it when done. Removal of old flooring was quick and efficient. They swept clean the spaces before new flooring was installed. We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. Latif was always available if we had questions during the project. He visited several times during the project to ensure the work was done to company standards and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Renaissance Floor and Carpet for any flooring project you might consider."

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job!
