The patio has a border that is a different color than the rest of the patio which requires 2 pourings. On the first attempt to pour the border, Ken did not like how it was coming out because the batch of concrete they received was not mixed properly. He called me to inform me of this (we were not home while they were working) and told me they were going to rip it all out and re-pour with a fresh batch. In my opinion, this shows their honesty and integrity. Everyone who sees the finished area remarks how great it looks. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out."

"two workers arrived just before 8AM. They vacuumed out a lot of water from the 550 gal tank and then one of the workers cut hole to access the inside of tank. They shoveled out the wet sand/soil that was in tank and put in drums. When the tank was empty they proceeded to remove tank. They did not remove any more soil from my front yard than was necessary. They were working between a tree on the front yard and a bay window of my home, very tight space. The workers were very hard working, focused on the task at hand. When tank was removed they brought in fill to level out the lawn. Approximately one week later we had a very heavy rainstorm and a crater started to appear where the tank had once been. I called and asked if add'l fill could be brought in and about 4 days later when I came home from work the crater was gone, filled in by more dirt."
