They also tightened some slack wires so the cable provider wouldn't need to come back. The service was quick and quite inexpensive - and much appreciated right before the Thanksgiving holiday."

I was so impressed with the wonderful job they did repairing my very ugly and in badly need of repair box gutters. They took something ugly and turned it into something beautiful. I put out a call for bids and the owner of Royal Fox Roofing contacted me quickly (same morning as I asked them for a bid). He quoted me a great price to come and repair the roof/gutter after we discussed the issue. A member of his team arrived around noon, diagnosed the problem and made a repair to the improperly installed roof shingles and gutter where the overflow was occurring. Below is a summary of our experiences from start to finish: Angi Bid Request - Betsy, the company administrator was kind, courteous and respectful. She provided me an appt with a job evaluator the next day within 5 minutes of submitting my Angi request. Job Evaluation - Jim, the job evaluator, was familiar with the area and very respectful towards my family and our home. He provided a thorough overview of the Perfect roof replacement process highlighting quality of work and longevity of the material used and installation. His no-haggle sales discussion was much appreciated. Job Agreement - Carlo, the marketing director, was also kind, professional and respectful. He was very accommodating by being willing to urgently reschedule his visit due to medical issues in the family. He was able to confirm details of our installation, finalize the contracts for the job and provide us with an early timeline for our job’s completion. Roof Removal and Replacement - the installation crew arrived close to the 0800 start and immediately began preparing to work. Within 15 mins tarps were spread across our property to catch the debris from the roof removal. The roof was stripped down to the decking, damaged decking boards were repaired or replaced, and a thorough cleaning of the prepared decking was completed by 1100. The new synthetic sheathing and ice guard were installed and the shingles followed shortly after; all debris was removed from our property and taken away in a dumpster that was timed perfectly in both arrival and departure. By 1500 the roof was essentially complete along with the clean up afterwards. By 1530 the entire crew, dumpster were gone, the only indication that someone was working on our house was the new roof and the advertisement sign I agreed to be placed in the yard. Job Completion - time will be the ultimate test for the longevity of this roof. However, the Perfect team seemed committed to giving it its best chance at outliving its 50 year warranty. In every interaction with Betsy, Jim, Carlo, and Ramses (the company founder), experience was apparent. After inspecting the roof first hand I can attest to the quality of the materials used and the attention to detail in the work of the crew. Am looking forward for the sun to set the roof over the next few days so we can once again have a leak and worry free roof. Final thoughts: As an engineer, a quality product and proper installation was paramount for our home’s roof. After discussing our needs with several other contractors, it was clear that Perfect Roofing offered the best product in terms of quality of materials used and quality of installation. This was proved true following installation. Further, duration from first call to job completion took less than one week, which was fantastic considering the active leak we had. Lastly, having a 50 year transferable warranty provides tremendous peace of mind regardless of our family’s plans to stay in this house for a lifetime or sell next year.
