We needed our basement windows (which had just been replaced by another contractor) to have either a trim border or wallboard put around them and decided to get caught up on a few other tasks that we just weren't getting around to. Nestor was very responsive for giving us a price, broken out by project. Each worker who came through (a) knew what was asked for from Nestor and also (b) double-checked the needs with us. The windows look *amazing* and we're really happy to have the ceiling fans switched out, our towel rack back up in the master bath, and the installation of a proper basement light switch (after making a bad call on not putting it in when we finished it years ago.) When I bought my concerns to Dan - who I believe runs the show - he drove out to see for himself and offered a complete redo of the job at no cost to us. The incredible contractor who came over to fix things had to spend about 5X the time of the original installation to fix everything, which included reinstalling drywall before doing the actual backsplash. Not only was the new job absolutely perfect, but he went above and beyond in every possible way on our behalf. While this could have had a different outcome, I can say without qualification that Mr. Handyman earned my loyalty for as long as I live in this area. I highly recommend them."
