"My first experience was excellent. One guy. He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."

I was worried because Persian rugs are delicate and I didn't want to risk damaging the patterns or the natural fibers.But the team handled it with such great care. "ABC Carpet & Upholstery cleaned 3 Persian rugs and one Chinese rug for me. They also repaired the fringes that were damaged on one side of a Persian rug.
