"We'd called Brian and Greg once before and were so impressed with their price and the quality of their work that we recommend them all the time! When it came time to clean our carpets again, there was no one else we considered. As in the past, Brian immediately answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone, and set a date at my convenience. On the day of service, Brian and Greg showed up exactly on time and got right to work. We'd removed the furniture from the rooms, so they didn't need to work around anything, but it took them less than an hour to thoroughly clean and protect our carpets. They stuck to their original quote, and we are thrilled with the way our carpets look! <br /> In addition, I'm on staff at a church that had some really bad stains in two carpeted stairways. "Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions.
