"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"The project involved replacing the mulch, weed liner, and, rock around the home. Its been 14 years since the landscaping was refreshed. There was also an issue with the rock that was placed along the fence line for drainage along with an issue of drainage behind the garagel. The rest of the project was freshining up the mulch and trimming some bushes back. Rock N Block came out and did measurments and a quick drawing of the work to be done and then followed up with an email listing the costs. Almost all of the other estimates were just verbal quotes. Rock N Block came in much lower than the other quotes (maybe because it was early in the season). I accepted teh quotes and they came out to clean out the mulch and rock along with trimming and removing some bushes. The following day they put down new liner, mulch and rocks. The result was exceptional and I will consider them for working on the lawn next year."

He did a good job of matching existing joints on the original structure and did a nice job on all of the detail required to make the project a success. "We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes.
