"I used Angie's List to help my daughter and her husband find a landscaper to completely replace all their existing trees & shrubs.  Sun Viking seemed to receive high grades so they gave Derek a call, ultimately hiring Sun Viking to do the work - and they couldn't be happier.  The extent of work included digging out and disposing all existing shrubs and trees along the front and sides of their house, adding a small planting bed in the front of their house along with a short wall made of stacked flat stones to surround it, and planting new shrubs and trees.  My daughter and son-in-law were so impressed with Derek's professionalism and his hard-working team.  He showed up at appointments on time, provided estimates quickly, and followed up on questions. Costs were clearly explained at that time too. The next day, they called when the electrician was on his way, and then again to notify me when he was caught in a traffic jam due to road construction. "They tested everything and put a new kind of light bulbs in my overhead lights and that fixed the problem of the going off and coming on. They lightened up one outlet on my kitchen wall that was a little loose and also found that one of the outlets in the kitchen where our toaster is had a safety mechanism on it and it would go off and shut down the dining room outlets. We had no idea. The electrician explained everything to me and my brother. Everything is working properly now and I am truly happy with the outcome. Both the men who came were very nice and the young man who did most of the work was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all our questions which was great."

Finally, the flooring in the garage was very cracked and uneven. They broke up the old floor and poured a new one. They worked very hard in very hot temperatures. It was a job well done. They were punctual, efficient and pleasant."

"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"Both a ceiling fan and an attic fan stopped working. We checked for the obvious problems (tripped breaker, disconnected wire) but were unable to see a problem especially since both fixtures were on different breakers. We tried to contact 2 other electrical businesses to have the problems diagnosed and received no responses from them. So we tried Urbano. The initial appointment was scheduled for 6/24/16. The electrician came out on time on that day and found that electricity was running to both fixtures. So he took the ceiling fan off the ceiling and there was a spark which was a short due to a disconnected wire which was quickly fixed. The attic fan motor had to be replaced. The technician didn't have that and it had to be ordered. Another appointment was made for 7/1/16 and that repair was accomplished on time and quickly by 2 other technicians. The electricians seemed very competent and were clean and polite. The biggest plus was that the phone was answered at the office, appointments were scheduled and kept. This seems to a rare occurrence in today's world."

"This is my third job with GTM. As usual, they were fantastic. Sometimes you will get a contractor that is great the first time and then not as good the second time around. That is not the case here. These guys are consistently excellent. They care about the work they do and really listen to your concerns. This job was a 3 phase project to address a complicated drainage/water intrusion issue plus some aesthetic patio refurbishment. It was a very difficult job handled in a most professional manner.  <br /> I wish these guys were in my regular lawn maintenance zone. I would love to have them over every month:) <br /> They are at the top of my list for all exterior projects I do in the future. <br />"
