"The pro was very professional and efficient . He was informative and answered all of my questions adequately and with friendly tips. I would definitely hire this pro for any pool related repairs again . The only downside was the disposal of garbage wasn’t included with the repair, however, this is minor ."

"Not only did Jason do an awesome job replacing our leaking water heater, he was also extremely fast. He was done faster than we could even miss the temporarily missing hot water. Jason was also very punctual, both for our estimate and for the replacement. He also gave us multiple options to fit our budget so that was a great plus. Will be calling him again for the inevitable plumbing issues!"

"Called late morning to schedule repair when boiler stopped working, and they were able to get someone out in just a couple of hours. Greg K. was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and what was needed for the repair. He also took the time to discuss replacement options for our current heating and cooling system and hot water system. He even set up the appointments for an electrician to come out to quote some work on our house and for his coworker Tim to come out to discuss our heating options. Excellent experience all around with Jones Services today, and will absolutely use them again when the need arises."
