"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"I had a new roof put on with new gutters and gutter guards. My deck was replaced with a composite deck and my roof was extended over it so it’s more like a porch now. I had a broken sliding glass door replaced with French doors with inner blinds in the glass. And I had two other outer doors replaced with more up to date styles. Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to work with."

He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and took care to prevent damage or leave any trash or debris. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward to anyone. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. "Roof itself appears to be done well, but nails and other debris not well cleaned up around yard. Worse, I now have a leak in my living room. After several calls the salesman finally came out and said it is my gutters. It is not. Later, someone else came out and said the issue is the chimney flashing (which they installed as part of the new roof). He said someone would come out to repair. Someone else came out, but he did not repair it, saying it is a problem with my chimney. He took pictures. I have asked for the pictures to show a chimney company, but still have not received them. Why would Rapid Roof install flashing around a chimney that needed repair? Not good. Look elsewhere if you want better a company that stands by their work better than this."

"The company installed a membrane roof on the low-slope sunroom addition and a shingle roof on the addition with a pitched roof. They did an excellent job. The sunroom stays very cool in the summer because it is so well insulated and the white membrane reflects the heat of the sun. Both roofs look great and very professionally installed."
