"Absolutely great experience and Kyle has been fantastic throughout the project. My wife and I found water leaking through the ceiling into a 2nd floor bedroom and even one floor lower into our laundry room. I called several roofers for what was an immediate need and Kyle called back quickly, listened to the need and came out that same day to inspect our roof. Once the problem was identified Kyle personally handled the process through insurance, the installation of a new roof, the interior repairs and follow up to make sure all was done properly. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services.
