"I dropped my car off around 8 AM for the Premium Detail Package. I was greeted by Steve who was very courteous and professional. I received word around 11 that my car would be ready at 11:45. When I picked my car up it looked like new, with the exception of a few scratches that I thought they should’ve been able to get out on my hood. Steve was gracious enough to invite me back later in the week to give those areas more attention for no additional charge. The car came out great. I would recommend their services."

"The owners are easy to deal with and are prompt in replying to messages, but the work was not worth the monies charged. The quote was the highest among the 3 companies I contacted, but I was okay paying the quoted price because there was hardwood dust around the house and I believed they would do a good job based on the reviews. However, there were many deficiencies in the work. Shelves near the top of the closets and in the kitchen pantry were not cleaned, and the washer/dryer were not even opened during the cleaning. The cleaners completely missed one storage closet and I had to remind them to clean it after they had finished. I had hoped that they would be much more thorough given what they charged."

This was a lot cheaper than other cleaners that insisted that they come to my house to perform the cleaning. I didn't like the idea of paying for a service call just to clean one chair. And, I didn't want any of the cleaning chemicals in my house. David was very professional. He responded to my email quickly and called me as soon as he was able. We arranged a time to drop off and he called me as soon as the cushions were done. I would definitely use Regal again in the future."
