Ulises response was within 10 min. for an emergency where smoke alarm was going of in condo and we were out of state. He was out the door and on his way within 10 min...so grateful for that and then subsequently he and Areyi came to do a deep clean to ready the condo for sale. It had previously been "deep cleaned" but was no where near ready for sale. They came and did a meticulous job and no detail was overlooked. Two days later I needed something shipped to me and Areyi was kind enough to go to the condo and take care of that. And she didnt want to get paid ! It was a courtesy...You can rely on AU Handyman and cleaning Service for everything!! I have not had more dependable service from any company everrr! So reasonably priced also! "Excellent job done by Luiz (sp?) He was actually early and called in advance to make sure that would be ok. He told me all the work that would be done in advance and how he would go about it. He also asked at the end if anyone had any breathing issues before sanitizing. He also noted to check the furnace filter after a week or so since it could have more dirt than usual from the process. Sure enough, even just after he left, I replaced the furnace filter and it had a bunch of dirt and pet hair in it. He also cleaned out the dryer vent, which turned out to be in the worst shape of all vents, and had pulled a lot of lint and dirt out of it (see attached photo). This was done at the end of the job, so I am very confident that the rest of the job was very complete and thorough. Luiz was very polite and courteous and took his shoes off at the door without even being asked."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."
