"This is the second time I have used Don's Carpet Cleaning, but the first with a puppy in the house. After talking to a couple of providers and studying online, I felt that Don's method of cleaning urine from the carpet would go the deepest and get to all the urine. They were very honest about the results I could expect. After the cleaning, when a couple of stains re-emerged from the urine spots, they told me over the phone how to get rid of the stains using vinegar and water, rather than book me for a follow-up visit, which saved a lot of money. The carpets look and smell great (except close up at the concentrated pee spot), and the dog is no longer interested in peeing at the spot he used to, which is wonderful."
