The owner was nice to get the job when first coming over for the estimate. Once he got the job he worked like a manic and told us to stay inside the house do not look at our work. He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!"

The price was reasonable (relative to others we contacted), and the sales call was friendly without the high-pressure nonsense of some other waterproofers (*cough*midatlantic*cough*)." The night before the installation, we had heavy rain and water appeared in a section of the basement it had never been before, so the plans were changed the morning of the work with no issues. "Rudolph and his team were absolutely fantastic. We had a 1950s basement that needed a full gut job and requested pretty basic finishes (drywall, electrical, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, woodwork, etc.). They provided a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Rudolph was very transparent with me through the whole process. Our old basement had some framing that was not up to code so we had to make a few adjustments to our workplan and he always thought about the most aesthetically pleasing options. They were respectful, neat, and we are super happy with the finished results. I will absolutely reach out to them for our next remodeling project.
