"The painters missed a wide variety of spots on the walls when they were painting. Light and switch plates were broken and some were place back in the wrong places. Bigger issues were that they reinstalled wood blinds backward that they took down to paint (my spouse and I had to take them all down and reattach them); they also spray painted the wood blinds such that they stuck together and we couldn't pry some of them apart to be able to open and close them. The painters also broke the microwave in our kitchen (it had a safety lock door and one of the painters tried to pry it open and broke it). On another day at the end of the 2 week project, they left water running from our kitchen sink and the water damaged our wood flooring. They admitted fault and sent out their insurance appraiser... but the appraiser report said they couldn't determine exactly how the damage happened. We also had the owner come visit halfway through the project because an upstairs toilet used was overflowing; the house was empty - no furniture - no people living in it, just painters in and out; she acknowledged that and had the toilet fixed. Another painting issue: we paid extra for the painters to paint an attached sunroom and they only painted the window frames in half of the sunroom! After calling them to return and fix issues and them coming back and causing more issues, we gave up and did the work ourselves. I would NOT recommend them for anyone to use."
