Moving in the middle of winter is not ideal; however, moving in below freezing temperatures with snow and ice on the ground is doubly difficult. I was impressed with how they wrapped the furniture and packed everything in the truck. The move started at 9:30 am and was completed between 1 - 2 pm. Overall, the move went well."

Initial contact and scheduling was very easy with exchange of information to confirm the type of service needed to match my need. Scheduling and notifications through arrival were well done. Crew, truck, and support equipment such as protective floor runners and wheeled dollies arrived on time. Crew members, Pablo and Nelson, were very professional, courteous and efficient. Moved items into rooms as directed. Finished with a walk through to adjust placement of boxes and items as needed. Cleaned up. No glitches. A great team!
