The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K!
