"I can't speak highly enough of the work that Todd and his crew do. I had a major problem with mice and also rats. I had been working with another exterminator that couldn't get it done. Todd came with his crew and turned the house upside down and got rid of all the pests. This was months ago, and everything still looks good! No mice, no rats. I ran into another problem with the warranty of my refrigerator, which was voided due to these rodent issues. I reached out and even months after the fact, Todd took care of everything I needed! "Shawn seems to understand rats. Turns out rats are a whole lot smarter than mice, and take a lot longer to eliminate once they get inside. Shawn came after dark and spend two hours in pretty cold weather sealing all possible entry points around the home with metal, foam, and a combination. He explained the process and the time-line of his treatment. He's not cheap, but I would hire him again. Although he and we expect to never again have this problem."

"The technician arrived on time and explained the process. Since we had to be out of the house while he did the spraying, he waited patiently until we were ready to leave. He sprayed inside on the baseboards and outside on the entire perimeter of the house. We only saw one ant after that, just a day or two after the treatment, and it looked like it was moving very slowly (i.e., in the process of dying!). Since then we have not seen any more ants at all. Before the treatment we would see those big, black ants frequently during the late spring and summer. We are very pleased to be rid of these pests.

"Figuring as it was a weekend, I wouldn't be able to get anybody until Monday, I filled out an online form for Radford Pest Control, and Eric actually called me back within 20 minutes or so (on a Sunday!) to talk to me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately recommended I stick with the condo association's pest control company given the situatin and because it would save me money if they had to make multiple trips to spray the nest. So we did, and happy to say the wasps are gone now. We didn't end up using Eric's service, but I was very impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge, so will definitely use if we have indoor pests again.

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
