They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. "Overall really good, Kenny is a great guy. Very responsive. We had an issue that we needed handled quickly he was able to make it out the same day we contacted him. Shortly after he was able to fit us in and get the job done. Our only complaint comes from having a little demo work that needed to be done. The hole made is very sloppy and should have just done with a angle grinder with a cutting blade not with a hammer. To make the cleanup and the repair much easier. Now we have to disassemble and reassemble parts of the closet. He left a fair amount of debris afterwards and somehow managed to put a hole on the other side of the wall. I would have preferred to get some form of receipt or invoice for our records afterwards as well. Other than that he's great, respectful, shows up on time and has fair pricing. He's a good dude."
