Get matched with top wood flooring refinish pros in Capitol Heights, MD

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Excellent job on the flooring."

"Eli and his team did a great job installing our new hardwood floors through the entire house. Excellent communication. Always on time and flexible when any issues popped up. Eli has a traveling showroom in his van which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Luis and his team is one of the best companies I ever worked with as a residential customer and on business. I had his service on my own house and other property. I summarize the following why I recommend Naulas hardwood floor to do the floor job: (1)On time: Luis shows up on time for the quote and his team finish the project before the deadline. (2)High quality work with reasonable price:I had different companies to do the quote. Luis patiently provide me the options and details regarding to the project. After talked to Luis, I know he is knowledgeable in his profession and responsible. I am glad choose Naula hardwood floor to do the job even it's the cheapest or the most expensive one but they make things right. They are not the company lower the quality in order to provide lower price. (3)Tidy: Luis's team divided the working area away from the rest of the house with cover, no dust everywhere in the house for me and my kids to breath in. Also, they clean up the working surface even the pass. At last, I would like to say choosing this company is getting the most profit out of what I pay for."

"FloorTechs refinished oak, hard wood floors for two rooms and the stairs to match existing flooring. They did so beautifully for a very reasonable price! I scheduled them to return the following week to install kitchen flooring. They went to Home Depot to pick up materials I had ordered only to discover they had ordered the wrong materials! In spite of the error and a wasted day, FloorTechs was gracious and helpful as I restarted the flooring search. Randy gave me advice and even told me things I didn t want to hear so thatI was prepared for what I was going to face. I appreciated his honesty and forthright communication. Today they returned to install the kitchen floors and they are beautifully done. I cannot recommend FloorTechs highly enough. You will NOT be sorry you chose them!"

"Mr. Jackson takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is a one-man team so the project takes time but he is very thorough and makes sure it is done right. He removed the cupping in my floors, then refinished the floor and they are now beautiful. He then took the time with me to choose a stain and matched the floor color to rest of the house."

"After 18 years of good care, we decided to change our home carpet. This is the second time, D&S Floor Covering has help me with carpet projects. We came back because of the great job Masood and his team did for us the first time with our basement project. We are so glad we came back to D&S Flooring Covering! They did an amazing job!!!! We feel like in a new home! The team was great, very professional, on-time and they left everything so clean. Thank you Masood, and to your team for the AMAZING job you did!"

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."
