"He did an awesome job! We had a gap in the hardwood floor that kept getting bigger as the years went by, he took the time to figure out what exact type of wood it was and pick the perfect color stain and replaced the wood around the problem area including evening out the subflooring underneath. Excellent communication the whole way through, we couldn't be more pleased with the result!"

"Gonzalo was a pleasure to have in our home as we entrusted him with doing a repair to a piece of flooring by the back door and he replaced my bathroom floor in my master bedroom. His precise measurements with the layout plans actually saved us some money. He was very good and handled it all in timely manner. The best part is he cleaned up after the job was all done. My husband loved the facted he was bilingual as well. His office & field crew were both amazing as well. We were able to get an appt for installation and repair along with a total cost estimate within less than a week. Our floors were finished by the time we came home that next day. We searched for other companies and decided to try them out as our last floor guy wasn't so great. We even was able to get confirmation of the appt and a time he would be there to do the job the day before.Gonzalo himself sent us pictures along the way when we requested then and he did a final walk through to insure our satisfaction. "They refinished a dark cherry wood floor into a satin finish natural finish and replaced carpet with a matching wood floor in 2 rooms. The color match was better than expected — very pleased. Ron took the time to help me make the right choices."

"Did and excellent job. Replaced my floor and some sub floor. Put down water proof vinyl flooring. Was on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very nice people. Would recommend them to any one."

"the company did a great job repairing the gap in my hardwood floor. There is no sign that there was ever a repair done."

"They did a great job in what I asked them to do. I would hire them again if I need to refinish or replace my hardwood floors. They were good people."

"I bought my first house last year, and my real estate agent recommended I work with Nick. He is a very patient man who listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. Nick made time for me and ensured we addressed all my concerns throughout the process. Together, we tackled a comprehensive list of repairs and upgrades based on the inspection report. Nick and his team handled the roof, windows, and wood damage, and encapsulated the crawl space. We installed new vanities in the bathrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen and vanities, painted and sanded the kitchen cabinets, and put new knobs on all the doors. Additionally, we replaced all the electrical outlets, lighting, and doors, essentially giving the house a complete facelift. The only things we didn't update were the paint and floors. While working with Nick was very good overall, we did encounter some issues. There were instances of scope creep, which extended the timeline, and some communication breakdowns led to mistakes. Naturally, I was frustrated at times, but Nick handled these issues professionally. He fixed the problems and worked with me to ensure my satisfaction, which earned my great respect. A year after the project, I had an issue with termite inspections in the crawl space. Despite the time that had passed, Nick addressed and fixed the problem at no charge because he had done the original work. This demonstrated his commitment to his clients and his integrity. If you're considering working with Nick, I highly recommend him. He is fair, honest, and dedicated to making things right, even if mistakes occur. Many contractors promise they'll get it right the first time, but when things don't go according to plan, they struggle to handle it. Nick is different; he grows, learns, and listens. You're in good hands with him."
