While the appointment did not start promptly, he was courteous and professional and worked very hard, hand scrubbing two recliners and a sofa, as well as a standard synthetic area rug. Since I had him here and my stairs and landings were in dire need as well, he did that also. I have a few bedrooms to clean also, and he gave me a good price for them, so I have scheduled a come-back at the end of this month. He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."
