However, as it turned out, it was worth the wait because the plumber, Tom, was punctual, efficient and very professional. For example, he took away the old disposal, which was a huge relief! He apologized for being late, even though he arrived at 8:40 am and the appointment time was "between" 8-10. Tom was pleasant and gave me a $20.00 credit of the $250.00 I paid because it didn't take 2 hours to complete the work. I will definitely use them again if if I have other plumbing issues and when I buy the new dishwasher. <br />"
