"Carlos was excellent today. The reason I can't give this company a 5 rating is because of the contract and how it was not explained to me. I am stuck with a 2-year service. I had one guy last fall try to sell me a garage door. But, Carlos today made me feel better because he did a thorough job even though he tried to "upsell" with a year contract for wasps and mosquitos on top of what I have. No thank you."
