First, let us note that the quality of the work is first-rate. One- anyone, for that matter- could see immediately the workmanship: copper tubing at right angles, copper tubing running perfectly straight along the walls, neat and spotless clean. Second, and this is equally important, the workers (Chris, Brian, Rich and Mark) were exceedingly polite. Some of you might have had an experience as we have had in which we hired a tradesman, whereupon he acted as if he was doing us the favour or all favours by coming to our house.
