"I needed to remove a broken hot tub, frame in the gap and resurface a deck with trex. Mr Aldridge reached out in response to my inquiry. (In spring of 2020 very few companies who do deck work were responsive, so this was refreshing.) We exchanged texts and photos to clarify the scope. He was professional and directed me to reviews. I hired them to do the work. We scheduled about 6 weeks out. The team was prompt, professional and friendly. They cleaned up well at the end of each day of the 4 day project. The quality of the work was very good and I am very satisfied with the deck and the company. I highly recommend their work. Note that the estimate we had discussed by text and phone increased the total cost of the project by about 30% once we reworked the estimate in detail in person. So be prepared to ask for more time before signing a contract or making a deposit."

"Working with Ossa home repair was an impressive experience from start to finish. We had seen what a wonderful job they had done on our neighbors deck. Our deck was in awful condition and I was surprised when Mr. Johnny told me that much of my wood was in good condition. He could have told me i needed to replace the entire deck! His team repaired the top railings and rebuilt the fence door, power washed and painted our deck and I honestly canâ t believe itâ s the same deck. It truly looks brand new.
