"I have never had such outstanding customer service and value from a contractor. The gas company turned off our gas after they detected an outside leak. Brandon came by and gave me an estimate assuming worst case (having to dig up and replace the gas line, along with some other work indoors required by the gas company). Brandon and his crew began digging up the gas line but discovered black earth that he suspected was discolored from the gas leak. He was able to fix the line where the leak was instead of replacing the entire line. He even called the gas company after the repair (finishing at 8 pm), waited until the gas company could come out to verify the integrity of the repair, and got our gas turned back on at about 9:30 that evening. This was when the temperature outside was 5 degrees! He didn't want us to have to go another night without heat. Wow. He also discounted the indoor repairs by $900 by finding a way to fix a gas line without having to replace the entire line. If you are in the Charleston WV area, you can't go wrong calling Brandon!"

"It was a pleasure to have them advise me on my home in Berkeley Springs, WV. The original estimate was not changed due to my house having an ancient type of foundation that precluded them from cutting into the cement floor for the tile drains. The alternative was sheeting applied to the walls with a "guttering" type baseboard that collects the water and gravity drains it to the sump pump. " hollow plastic baseboard is installed along the base of basement walls to form a drainage channel that directs water to a sump pump system. A baseboard-type drainage system is sometimes recommended when the basement slab is too thin to accommodate a French Drain." It cost $5000 to install the entire drainage system and sump pump in 2017. Works so well no moisture for the past 2 years. Had maintenance done on original work for $178 in 7/2019. I hope it lasts for years to come."

"A couple of weeks ago we had a flood in our basement. The sump pump stopped working. We went on Home Advisor and requested an estimate. First we got an estimate which cost $80.00. The estimate was also very high. Wilson came and gave us a free estimate and the estimate was $800.00 lower. Charlie was very friendly and worked very quickly. He also fixed a leak under our sink. "These guys were phenomenal. We hired them to replace our shower faucet and shower head yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will say that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but I completely understand why. What I was super impressed with was any time they had to go get parts or do this or that, he would ask me to come and look at what he's doing. Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but he explained everything in great detail about what they were doing, what needed to be done and why. He kept me so very well informed throughout the entire job. They worked very fast but not too fast to make mistakes. They cleaned up after the job very nicely and very timely. Kudos to them! I would absolutely 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing job and we will absolutely use them if needed in the future! Two areas of feedback. 1 -They had to replace panel behind our hallway toilet. It's just a smidge crooked. To be fair, the old panel was painted the same color as the walls, so it's very possible the old one wa a crooked too and we just didn't notice. And 2 - maybe look into booties to cover your rubber boots for non emergency situations? This is by no means a complaint. Plumbing is a messy job and I appreciate everything they did. Just a suggestion!"
