They worked Monday-Friday, completed on time, on budget and the quality was over the top. So glad they talked us into using a quality level of paint from Benjamin Moore. I waited about a month to write this, and every time we go out on the huge wrap around deck, look at the lattice or the windows…. We are still extremely happy and thankful we got to meet and work with New Era. We haven’t prioritized our next project yet, but we’ve already gotten on the schedule for 4 months from now. If you have to wait to have Christian’s group do your job… It’s Worth It."

"I started looking for a company to do a popcorn ceiling removal project while I was still in the process of closing on my house. Pedro was super friendly, helpful, and a great communicator which is why I chose P&K. I closed on July 7 and he came out that same day to do a quick tour of the space and make sure they had all the info they needed. Work began on July 9. The job initially took just 3 days, but they had to come back countless times to repair their work. Drywall tape was cracking through in multiple rooms, popcorn was left on the ceilings, paint was messy or just plain missing, etc. Pedro continued to provide excellent customer service and the team continued to come back to repair their work without charging me more. In fact, I had a roof leak that affected the ceiling and they even handled that without charging me more and I do sincerely appreciate that. However, in full honesty I wish I had never hired this company. Their last visit was September 11 & I continue to find more areas where popcorn is still left, the main line in my vaulted ceiling is not straight, my kitchen ceiling has a line running across it along with multiple dents from a putty knife, and drywall tape is cracking through in new places. I've had new painting companies come in to quote a different project this week and every single one of them has commented on the state of my ceilings. If that doesn't sound alarm bells then I don't know what does. TLDR; Great customer service, poor quality for the cost. Not recommended."
