"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"They are very professional and very experienced with the work they do. They are very dedicated and take pride in their work. They even gave us great ideas for doing other work to our house. Our house is 101 years old brick home with a metal roof which is the original roof it needed some care to bring it to life again and we chose Black and it turned out beautiful I would highly recommend them and we will definitely have them do other work for us. "They saved me $20,000. I was told I should replace my roof by another contractor. Blue Collar Contractors looked at the roof and found that my roof had some minor leaks caused my rubber collars around the pipes having deteriorated. They also found a other minor issues. They were able to repair my leaks and charged me a reasonable fee. They gave me peace of mind, did quality work and saved me a bundle. "Moreno’s Roofing and Construction was very professional and produces quality work. They came out and gave us a free estimate on our 18 year-old roof for full replacement. They came out and completed the roofing and gutter job about a week later. I am very pleased with their work. Sharon was extremely helpful during the process and answered any questions that we had. In the future I would not hesitate to call them to perform more work on our home. Grade- A service and work!"

"Excellent -- Dan showed up as promised and worked diligently to complete the job. While he was here, we asked him to patch a few places inside that needed drywall repair. One of the days that he was here, the weather turned rainy, so he asked if we would like for him to paint the room that had the most drywall patch. The price was very reasonable and he had painted the major portion of our rooms on the first floor for us in August of 2014. He did a great job on that room as well. Every day that he was here, he quit in time to clean up all of the mess and put ladders and things away so we did not have any mess to clean up ourselves. Dan is the kind of guy that I would trust to be in our home without us being there. He and our dog got along great. The job was completed in May of 2018 despite all of the rainy days that we had in May. The work was excellent! He washed all of the areas that he was going to paint first. He caulked all of the joints in the trim and replaced some of the rotted wood in a few places. He removed the downspouts and cleaned the gutters while he was painting and then reinstalled the downspouts. Our trim looks beautiful! We have hired other painters over the years in other homes. Dan is absolutely the best one we have ever worked with!"

"The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."
