"The owner of the business came out for the initial estimate appointment and quickly came up with a plan. By the end of the day, I received an emailed estimate to complete the job and the price was much more reasonable than the other 2-3 companies who bid on the job. We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in just in the nick of time! "Very difficult getting a hold of someone. They were to redo my driveway with a seal coat and fill in the cracks. I had purchased an Angie's List big deal for $199.00 to reseal my driveway, but never got to meet the estimator prior to the actual work date. I was sent an estimate the day before they arrived for the additional work that I had requested. I was not happy with the estimate, because it did not reflect what I would have wanted them to do, and it came in the mail just one day before the workers arrived. It would have been nice to speak with the estimator before so that they might actually know the specifics of what I wanted done. <br /> The seal coat looks good however, and the men that came out to do the work were very polite and professional. My disappointment is with the crack sealing and the extra charges for square footage that are not accurate.  <br />"

"We had great contact from Zepp Construction from the get go. All of the crew were exceptionally polite and careful. They were there on time and worked continuously. Tearing off the old roof took a shorter time than originally anticipated since it was so very old. Which was good because the previously unseen lumber damage was greater than what we could see from the walk around. Taylor made sure that we knew this could be the case when he gave us his bid and we were anticipating it.  The bit of extra free time also allowed us to add another repair to the barn that we did not ask for originally: after seeing Zepp's big lifting machine we had them replace a somewhat damaged, ugly but serviceable cross beam while he had the machine there. <br />"

"They did a couple of little things. We are in development and they are the prime builders for the whole development. They're custom nice homes and I'm very pleased. They listened to what we said we wanted adjusted. They clarified and did it just how we wanted it to be done. I would definitely use them in the future. They charged us $100,000 less on our house. I don't thing there is anything that we would have expected them to do differently. We were thoroughly pleased. I would use them again in future."
