"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. "This is by far one of the best companies I have ever hired and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The company, Wilson, and Hector are amazing. No pressure but provided a lot of information and recommendations for me to get exactly what I wanted and help me make decisions. They were quick to respond to any questions. They are extremely affordable and professional. The crew showed up right on time as promised and worked extremely hard. We had a large roof and they had the old roof removed within 4 hours and started putting the new roof on amazingly fast. They finished the roof on the second day and each day you couldn't even tell they were there as they had everything cleaned up each night. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
