"Long moving story short- perfection. Detailed review- Elizabeth was a very calming element. We had to reschedule the move date three times due to closing date changes. She was the epitome of calm. When moving day finally arrived, the crew members were on time, cheerful, energetic, professional workers. They were calm and understanding regarding a big move. They worked like a well oiled machine. They worked steadily and swiftly. What impressed me most was their thoughtfulness throughout the day. When everything was delivered and moved into our new place (and a storage room for the overflow), they were kind enough to ask if there was anything else they could do for us... "I needed to furnish a small apartment with some stuff from my house. My interstate move was too small for the big movers during these busy summer months, so I rented a Penske 16' truck to drive it myself. I moved the belongings and furniture into my garage, then contacted several local movers through Angie's to see who could professionally pack it into the truck. Clint of Impact Moving LLC responded, followed up with several answers to my questions, and we set a date. Clint arrived early, and with our help, packed my furniture quickly and efficiently into the truck, using my furniture pads and ratchet straps to hold it all together. I drove it 1400 miles and had kids quickly unload it at the other end, with nothing damaged and all secure! Clint was very polite, very professional, and very hard working at quickly packing our truck. Highly Recommend!"

"First, the company was very responsive when I wanted to change my move date up by a week, making scheduling really easy. The movers arrived promptly. They warned us that our pressboard bookshelves might not travel well (which they didn't, one made it, the other did not - however, it was repaired pretty easily). They were very professional. The distance between my apartment and the street was pretty far, so it slowed down the process through no fault of theirs. They unloaded really quickly. I bought a special on Angie's list for 4 hours and they finished in 3.5, keeping us from going over budget. They were troopers about getting the furniture up the stairs. I was pleased with their services and would use them again.
