"Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."

When I called I spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful in planning our anticipated move date and inventorying all of our household items to be moved. He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans. We were confident that we were in good hands, and paid a deposit to reserve our planned move date. Although we ultimately had to cancel that reservation to do a self-move (due to a number of other expenses that arose from our purchase of house/property in North Carolina), Mark continued to show nothing but very professional and courteous demeanor and conversation when we called to advise him of our change in plans.
