"It went great. First, the sales person was very helpful explaining the mold testing and remediation process. He went through the steps that would be taken and then he followed up with the results. On the french drain,/sump pump change out/ wall rebuild, it was quick and painless. Again my sales person was very clear in the process and the steps. When he came for a walk through there were some options in what would occur in the installation and he made fully aware of any potential changes in cost (there were none though). The workers came on time (ok a bit early) and finished early as well. Finally, they were helpful and clear walking through all the changes that occurred and the guarantees given."

We recently installed a deck and wanted to finish the retaining wall. He did great work the first time and did again this time. It all blends together perfectly. "JBW Masonry did absolutely excellent work!!! I found them through Angie's list and we are over the moon pleased with their work. Josh met our contractor for an estimate. While JBW Masonry was not our least expensive bid, I could tell from our initial meeting that he knew what he was doing, as we have had extensive masonry work done in the past. He is competitive for the quality of work and worth every penny. Josh, Troy, and crew started when they said they would and and finished in a timely manner. Everyone was neat, courteous, and took pride in their work. In fact, one of the things we enjoyed noting was watching the crew continually step back to assess their work. They laid out all the stone on the ground and then carefully selected the best rock for the location. It wasn't about grabbing any stone and finishing the job as quickly as possible. Quality matters to them. It was about finding the right stone for each spot in the wall. Our neighbors also observed the men stepping back to assess their work, and like us, they could appreciate the craftsmenship. I also appreciated that these men seem to truly enjoy working together. That seems rare these days. They laugh, enjoy listening to music while they work, and just have a good time producing a quality product. They were gentlemen, and a pleasure to have on our job site. Our job looks beautiful and all of us are hard pressed to tell it isn't real stone. If you want quality work at a fair price, this company is the one to hire. "The job went very well especially considering the very cramped space he had to work. Mr. Caparo pointed out problems with my old water heater and offered tips on how to make my new one last longer. He answered all my questions and took all packaging and old heater with him when the job was done. I didn't even have to miss work, he did the work after I got home. "15 years ago, I had another basement waterproofing company, with a local office, work on another area of our residence. When I attempted to contact them to work on this area or tie it into the current setup, I found out that are no longer in business due to Covid 19 issues. The other branch offices would not accept the job since they operate independently and said it would be best to replace the whole system. Kiss that lifetime warranty goodbye. Did not want to replace the whole system. We contacted Basement Waterproofing Specialists thru Angie's list. Thier representative, Dean S., came out the next day, listened to us and not pressure us for a decision. The crew a couple days later, arrived on time (8AM), Worksite preparation & the job began immediately thereafter. The crew of 4 worked like a well oiled machine. They knew what and when actions needed to be completed and they did it efficiently. They cleaned up after they were finished & showed/tested us how the pump should work when the reservoir fills up. By 2:30 PM they were done."
