"After I requested for a quote on Angi's, Josh (the owner) called me right away and sent the estimates by email. He was very prompt in replying to all my email inquires which was really great.. The estimate I received was very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The guys who came to do the work (Tony and Jack) were both amazing.. very professional and courteous, they worked meticulously and did a thorough job, explaining what needed to be done and even offered advise on location of some of the new recess lights (which was extremely helpful). "We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. I had no true knowledge of the process but thanks to Derek and his team I'm more informed. Derek was patient and gave me advisement based on the photos I sent. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. They even checked on another issue that wasn't even on the books. Alan was thorough and determined to troubleshoot. Its so hard to find good customer service but his team was exceptional. I was so pleased with the job, I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer other services besides electric. Sweetwater will be my goto for all my electrical needs. "The Mr Electric Technician could have taken advantage of me, by not showing me that I had missed the final step of fixing the problem myself. He could have charged me around $400 to install a new lighting system & wall-switch. Instead he just showed me how to finish up, said goodbye, and refused payment for coming out. That is TOP-NOTCH-SERVICE !"

"We hired Lighthouse Electrical to install a generator interlock kit for our house and am very impressed at how smooth everything went. They were the cheapest out of 5 quotes, but didn't cut any corners. Corey came out on site for a quote which added comfort that he won't try to extra bill us once the work was to be done, and we got the install scheduled within a week from calling. Christian came out to do the install and once everything was complete he vacuumed up and walked me through how to use the switch. As a cherry on top, they didn't add a surcharge for paying by credit. I couldn't be happier with the experience."
