"Great. Job Was completed in two days"

"

Great experience from start to finish.  Jorge and his people all worked long hours and did beautiful work with lots of attention to detail.  Because of the house design and materials, the painting required spray gun, rollers and brushes.

Schedules were set and, except for some rain delay, met according to our discussions and plan.  The workers usually arrived at 7 or 8, depending on required stops to pick up extra materials.  The work areas were presentably clean at the end of each day and meticulously so at the end of the job.  The final 2 days involved slow trips around the entire house, aggressively searching for anything either inadvertently missed or not done to the highest standards.

Our only issues were with the sub-contractor who wanted us to contract extra work with him.  Jorge stepped in and shut that down quickly, perhaps saving use a few hundred extra.  The final cost was exactly what we'd contracted for the job.  His quoted price was about 10% below our other two bids AND included the needed wood working, which the others had not included.  BTW, the carpenter was a new guy whom Jorge won't be using again.

My wife and I were both thrilled with the choice of Vargas Painting LLC.  I gladly offered to be a reference for his use as, we'd be quite happy to use him again.

"worked hard to fix blinds"

"Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"

"I called Jesus on Friday and asked if he would come to Grove and give us a quote to lay out flooring. He was there the next morning- wow talk about responsive! Once we were ready, he was able to get to our house the next week! The work was done extremely well. We had remodeled and didn’t want our freshly painted trim removed to lay the floor. No problem for Jesus and his team, there wasn’t even a scratch on the base boards. I highly recommend Jesus if you need great service and follow up. We will use Jesus again when we remodel or r downstairs!"

"Reese’s work, Communication’s, and Personal Relationship were excellent. I have recommended him to my old neighbors. Thank you for all your hard work. He was a life saver."
