"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
