"Luigi was able to come out the same day I called him. It had been raining the night before. He was very professional and thorough. He investigated the leak from up on the roof and also in the attic. He told me there were some long nails on the roof that were starting to rise but that wasn't really a concern at this time. He took pictures in the attic so he could show me what was going on in the attic. he said the leak was definitely the vent pipe flashing. he called me the next day with a quote. He had to look around on the internet for this flashing because of the size, but he found a good one that matched. I was in no rush and he called for a time to come by and fix the flashing. They arrived early and had the whole thing fixed in 45 minutes! Cleaned up after themselves. That night it rained. No more Leak! Thanks for such an easy stress free job. I will be hiring Stay Dry Solutions when I get ready to re-roof as well! These guys are great and very polite!"
