"Although the insurance company covered the cost completely, Wayne and Cindy and their crew at Capital Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning responded quickly and did and outstanding job of drying and cleaning my house after a frozen water line break. They and their crew brought in multiple dryers and worked through the weekend to completely dry out the basement and main floor bathroom from a frozen water line break. They clearly knew what they were doing and I would estimate that they saved the insurance company thousands of dollars in additional cost by getting the house dried quickly and completely.
