"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. When Zach arrived to inspect our attic and provide us a quote, he spent time going over the company, warranty information, options for financing, and benefits of providing a solar barrier in the attic, along with adequate insulation. The company provides an app which gave us updated information about our install, as well as access to photos and documents. The installers arrived on time within their window, and completed the job in under 2 hours. They are polite and cleaned up prior to leaving. Dajuan the showed up a few hours later to perform a quality check of the work, and went over the complete process to ensure our satisfaction and a chance for us to ask any questions. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work.
