"The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful. We had been considering contacting someone about a new roof on our 20-year-old home and I really wanted to consider a higher quality option because I had heard from a neighbor about a 50-year roof. "Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"
