"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. "He was very congenial and I really enjoyed having him work at my house.  He did explain that he was not a carpenter by trade and a small portion of the work had to be touched up.  That is definitely more my problem than his.  I have no complaint about his plumbing work for sure.  However, his suggestions for fixing the hot water issue were a lot of money.  I have to explain, they were definitely consistent with what many other plumbers on line recommend to fix the problem.  Just by chance, however, I mentioned the issue to my gas company and they recommended a plumber who came out and fixed the problem in under 15 minutes for under $200.  So, the older plumber who had "been around" was able to "try a fix" that the more professional plumbers perhaps could not entertain.  So, generally, I like him a lot and would definitely use him again for regular plumbing issues."

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality.
