I keep receiving excuses that the engineer is very busy, the paperwork take time, the engineer has been out of the country, etc. The bottom line is that I do not have the Certificate of Compliance and I will be having problem with my Windstorm Insurance. I really trusted this company, but at this point I do not think they are worthy of my trust. Be careful when dealing with them."
