I called Phillips Plumbing because they are local and a well established company. I spoke with Joe, their Master Plumber. He said it was an easy fix and told me what to do. I have experience doing pvc work. Joe told me that I could do it myself and save some money or they could come out the next day and fix it. Joe gave me the confidence to attempt it myself. With a couple complications, I completed the project myself. Phillips Plumbing even stopped by to see how the project was going and if I needed any help. "They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

Phil H was our plumber and he did an excellent job and saved our day. He came to the house for our initial consultation, he was very professional and told us exactly the type of faucet we needed for the Roman Tub (which had a very tricky and dated set up that difficult to work with) and the price for the labor.

Initially, the company sent us another plumber for the job and he was NOT able to do the job AT ALL: the kitchen sink leaked even more after he worked on it and he flat out refused to change the tub faucet (probably because he didn't know how). After he left, I call the company again on their emergency line, and they sent me Phil. Phil came to my house at 9pm after a long work day, looked at everything, and he told me that he will be back first thing next morning with the right equipment to fix everything. Sure enough, Phil came back the next day and fixed the kitchen sink and installed the tricky Roman Tub set (which involved cutting pipes and updating the plumbing) all in <3 hrs time and didn't charge us any extra. The work was done just in time for our home inspection as I was selling the house, and Phil really saved our day. Surfin Plumbers should give him a raise or a bonus because he is highly skilled, hard working, and reliable, he is the reason we're leaving such a glowing review of the company.

"2nd2None was very responsive to calls and texts. Price was competitive and he showed up on time, cleaned the site and most importantly did a good job. They pay attention to details and realized that the measurements for each riser was different from one side to the other and took the time to make three cuts on each stair. Would have been much easier to make one cut and lay the tile in and just grout the extra space but they did the job the right way. Would hire again."
