"The gentleman that came out was just as nice as can be and thorough, very thorough. They did three rooms, a stairway, and sofas. He was just all over the house and just nice. He was there and did what we wanted to do. We ended up with a stairway and a hall, then downstairs where my mom stays, so it was nice. He did a nice job.
