"We were very impressed with Milos and his team from Red Carpet Moving. We could tell on the phone that they understood pianos and that they paid attention to details. This is why we hired them. And then it turned out they had all the other qualities you hope for in a moving team in spades - excellent communication, timely, willing to try solving problems that arose (and they always do when moving). His entire team was efficient and polite, and worked well together. The whole process was smooth and painless, which is almost never how a moving day goes.
