"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "

"Wonderful experience. Moving is something I hate so much, I swore I'd never relocate again (until life circumstance altered that decision for me). These folks made it as easy as a cross country move can possibly be. The local team and their long-distance hauling partners were terrific. I struggle to convey how much their care, professionalism, and general good nature stood out to me. Communication was proactive and thorough, they kept to the estimate, they were fast but cautious with our possessions (which included a lot of antiques), and we also had them pack the very fragile stuff (stemware and such) from the kitchen and dining rooms. Not only did they serve us well, they treated each other well. While that may not seem relevant, you learn a lot being around a team of 6 people doing really hard work. How they think of themselves and one another, it seems to me, says something about how they view their clients and their clients' belongings. It's also worth mentioning that not a single item was damaged. While that is a nice convergence of the mover's skill and luck, the former probably plays the greatest part in the outcome. In looking at the cost, note that this involved packing 2 rooms plus some add'l items we never got to, materials to pack those items, team of 6 loading in PA, team of 2 unloading in TX at two locations (new apartment and storage unit), and obviously hauling the contents roughly 1,600 miles. I would recommend these folks to anyone and I would definitely use them again."

"We agreed to pay the extra 40 dollars to have them give an on-site estimate which was supposed to be a 14 hour move with a crew of three and a truck. They arrived with the truck and three guys but no moving equipment. We had many heavy items like This End Up furniture and some appliances and they were not prepared to handle the loads. They dropped some of the items on the newly refinished floors and hit the banister and steps causing noticeable damage. They did not report to us any of the damage. It took them 22 hours to make the move, which was way over the estimate. We ended up having to help them move the items into the new house for over 6 hours of our own time so they could get home and we are no spring chickens. After complaining about the extra hours they charged us for three extra hours. They were a good group of guys but not very prepared. This was not a smooth moving experience."

"Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."
